The 1st Insidetrack Abuja Bazaar and Country Fair is here, to be held on 6th December 2015 (Sunday), from 10am to 5pm. 

Venue: Tobix Recreational Park and Garden  Tobix is located along Banex-Gwarinpa Expressway (also called Ahmadu Bello Way) near and before NEXT CASH AND CARRY and directly opposite ALIBERT SHOWROOM.

Vendors, Exhibitors, and Guests are all welcome.

Gate Fee: N500 for adults and N200 for children under 12 years old.

German saxophone quartet performs in Abuja at the invitation of the German Embassy (photos)

Close to 150 spectators, including this blogger, were thrilled on 12th November 2015 at Thought Pyramid Art Centre when four saxophonist from Germany gave a live performance of their unique sound. They played their own compositions as well as classic rock and heavy metal, including AC / DC and Black Sabbath.

Deep Schrott, the only bass saxophone quartet in the universe consisting of Andreas Kaling, Wollie Kaiser, Jan Klare and Dirk Raulf, began its West African tour on this day at the invitation of the German Embassy in Abuja

The tour which is organized with the help of Goethe Institute, the German embassies as well as the consulates-general will lead Deep Schrott from Abuja to Lagos, Accra and Malabo.

The German Ambassador to Nigeria Mr. Michael Zenner (photo above) introduced the band to the audience.

Arojah Theatre brings a Swedish play to life at the Swedish Ambassador's residence in Abuja (photos)

On 29th October 2015 at the residence of the Swedish Ambassador to Nigeria, Arojah Royal Theatre (ART), a company based in Abuja, staged a play Hand in Hand, a Swedish play written by Sophia Freden, as a part of its current cultural diplomacy theatre season. This is the second time that Aroja is embarking on this type of project.

Hand in Hand tells the story of a female protagonist Nina, her relationship with three men, Alan, Gary and Aaron, who played different roles in her life. (Click "Read more" below to view more pics)
